What type of memory is suitable for my computer?

Firstly, let's understand the types of memory. Currently, common types of memory on the market are classified as follows:

1.According to the device used, they are: notebook memory (SODIMM), desktop memory (UDIMM), and server memory (ECC).

2.Classified by memory version: DDR2, DDR3,DDR3L,DDR4,DDR5.

3.Due to different versions of memory, there may be different frequencies:

    DDR2 has frequencies of 667MHz and 800MHz;
    DDR3 and DDR3L have frequencies of 1066MHz, 1333MHz, 1600MHz, and 1866MHz;
    DDR4 has frequencies of 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz, 2993MHz, 3200MHz, and 3600MHz (2993MHz and 3600MHz are not very common);
    The mainstream frequencies of DDR5 are 4800MHz, 5600MHz, 6000MHz, 6200MHz, 6400MHz, and 7000MHz;
    4.The working voltage may vary depending on the memory version:

      The working voltage of DDR2 is 1.8v;
      The working voltage of DDR3 is 1.5v;
      The working voltage of DDR3L is 1.35v;
      The working voltage of DDR4 is 1.2v;
      The DDR5 memory voltage controller is integrated into the memory, with a conventional operating voltage of 1.1v.
